Robin Kerr, When the Tide Sneaks In, 2025
Robin Kerr is a New Zealand born self-taught artist living in Portland, Oregon. Prior to 2021 her professional art work focused on illustrations for children's books and health care public service pieces, with the occasional fine-art commission. Her day job was in a global healthcare company. In 2021 she moved to full-time fine-art making. Acrylic paint, wax pastel, ink and often fabric are her mediums of choice. Her art style is abstract and abstracted still-lifes with both genres conversing with and therefore influencing the other. Her work has been exhibited in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho and is held in collections all over the world. She is represented by Laura Vincent Design & Gallery in Portland Oregon, Museo Gallery in Langley Washington on Whidbey Island, and Illumine Gallery in Palm Springs California.
